Cottage Garden Croquet Set Review

We were recently sent a croquet set from Garden Games. Before I launch in to this review, I have a confession to make. We don't actually have a garden, just a back yard! But my Grandma does, and her lawn is perfect for croquet so we took the set up there to live. It is a fabulous set and definitely suitable for little hands to use, although my children are really too small for it, they still both got stuck in. My daughter deciding that she would use a golf ball instead.

What they say
This smaller sized set is ideal for the smaller garden, adult beginners and children. The 4 hardwood mallets are 32 1/2 inches long with smaller sized heads. The set contains 4 lighter weight full sized balls, lighter weight steel hoops, hard wood winning post and rules. Everything you need to enjoy the game in full. The Croquet Set comes packed in a zip fastening nylon bag with handles for portability. A perfect set for the family to start out with, croquet is an all time family favourite and can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Good points
Easy and fun to play as a family.
Fast delivery and good price.
I like that it is contained within a bag and therefore has a permanent home.

Bad points
The balls are quite heavy for younger children (even age 6+).

Would I buy it?
If I had a garden then yes!

If you want to buy a set for your family, it is priced at £84.99 and you can buy one by clicking here.
